Hi, I'm Judy Sandy LCSW. I am qualified to work with groups and individuals. I am a Marriage and Family counselor and offer counseling
for the whole family or one member if necessary. Whether you are looking for help for just you or for loved ones as well, I can help.
I have worked with a wide variety of issues, such as PTSD, addictions, co-dependency and sexual abuse. Other cases deal with more hidden but still serious chronic issues, such as anxiety, adult and child ADD along with other disorders. It is not uncommon for one problem to be found alongside other problems. As an example, a disproportionate amount of people who were victims of sexual abuse in childhood later wind up suffering with depression or become involved with addicts. This reality makes it enormously helpful for us to have experience with a wide variety of issues. Broad experience allows us to rise to the occasion when previously undiscovered issues arise during the course of therapy.
I have substantial and broad experience. You may be surprised to learn that I use both traditional and non-traditional counseling methodologies and expressive therapies. This gives us flexibility so that I can approach your issues in a manner that is suited to you as an individual.
